What is a Psychological Associate?

A Psychological Associate is a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario who holds a master’s degree in psychology.

Psychological Associates have the same responsibilities and independently perform the same professional acts as doctoral degree holders who are members of the College.

Psychological Associates practice the profession of psychology in schools, hospitals, employee assistance plans, private practice, and many other settings.

For more information about practitioners of psychology, go to the website of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
